The Objective

To create a custom built intranet and enterprise website solution that allows:

  • ATAC Management to effectively communicate with their members and manage the needs of the growing co-operative.

  • All internal systems to align to maintain the low overhead operational costs to members.

  • Provide a simple one stop solution for ATAC members to access travel partner platforms, stay abreast of industry news, partner updates, incentives and promotions.

  • Create a dynamic website and marketing platform to encourage new membership and to differentiate ATAC from other travel groups in highly competitive market.

  • Create a sub-brand that can add value to the co-operative’s mission and goals.

The Solution

First and foremost the solution had to be easy to use, easy to understand and easy to maintain. Dovetail created a fully responsive web platform that management and members can access on any device, anywhere in the world.

With so much information from partners for members to digest ATAC360 allows complex incentives, news, travel deals, marketing support, commissions, sales team contact details to be organised and managed, but presented in a clean and concise manner and only a click away.

Customised reports and analytics will allow the co-operative to make more insightful decisions on sales performance and future requirements to help grow the travel group and expand its proposition to members.

Building on the positioning of “Partners in Your Prosperity” and aligned to the idea that the intranet gives ATAC travel agents access to manage all aspects of their day-to-day businesses and given that the world they are selling is round, gave birth to the name “ATAC360, Your Gateway to Prosperity.”

 

The Outcome

Launched at the Future Focus Brisbane, ATAC360 was the jewel in the crown technology news release; offering instant benefits and connectivity to Members, Partners and the industry at large. Moving forwards the co-operative have a very powerful IT platform to further engage and prosper with the Partners and to adjust to future technology and challenges in what is a very competitive and ever evolving industry. In addition, it allows the Co-operative to continue competing against larger competitors at a fraction of the operating cost.
