The Objective

The Traveller is an established and quality regional Destination Management company based in Singapore and providing travel solutions since 1995.

Aligned to rapid growth across international markets and the need to refresh an already strong brand, Dovetail was retained to visually redefine the brand values, the brand story and The Traveller’s unique selling proposition to better position the Company to sell more premium products and to attract high value and quality travellers to enjoy the special experiences on offer in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.


The Outcome

The brand refresh and related items have been implemented across all touch points, company-wide, including; advertising, stationery, brochures, flyers, and electronic and digital media. This has resulted in a significant increase in the level of customer engagement and increased sales, loyalty and commitment to the Company across B2B and B2C channels.
Employees have been included in the transition and Dovetail has provided customised training to all employees on "Aligning Customer Service with the Brand” ensuring that brand engagement is managed correctly both internally and externally.

The Solution

A full brand audit, a redefining of the brand positioning, the creation and launch of a new brand language relevant to customers and employees, was completed. Dovetail’s recommendation to reinvigorate the logo and company tagline, “It’s All About You” involved integrating a modern design with a new strong font and colour palette and increasing its relevance and importance across products, destinations and services. To ensure success, it was essential that employees’ behaviours be aligned to the company brand, vision and values.
